Every account runs on a written scope of work. It lists each area, what is cleaned there, and how often. The crew works from it, the supervisor inspects against it, and you are quoted against it. That single document is the reason our clients stop thinking about cleaning after the first month.

Keys, fobs, and alarm codes are logged and held under a documented chain of custody. Crews follow your access, sign-in, and after-hours rules exactly as written.
We supply the chemicals, machines, and consumables. Where a facility requires specific products — medical, food-adjacent, or sensitive surfaces — we work from your approved list.

TerriWeCare carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates are provided on request and named to your property where required.
Most of our work happens between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM, when the building is empty and floors can be done properly. Daytime porter service, weekend-only schedules, and split coverage for multi-tenant properties are all available.
Frequency is set per area, not per building. Restrooms and high-touch surfaces may run nightly while carpets, glass, and deep cleaning sit on a longer rotation — that is usually where a facility saves money without losing quality.
